The flowers for a funeral were not delivered in time for the viewing as had been promised. The flower spray was not nearly as pretty as what had been advertised.

My grandmother recently passed away. I left a message to be called back in order to have flowers sent. I never got a return phone call. Others also had the same issue. Their service was nonexistent. Thank goodness for the florist in a neighboring town.
