Michelle is absolutely amazing! I'm currently working in Germany, and on two occasions I have contacted the Chase City Flower Shop to order flowers for special occasions and Michelle provided wonderful recommendations and ensured the flowers were delivered on time. It seems these days everyone is ok with searching for something online, adding it to their online cart, and checking out immediately, but I truly appreciate the human interaction with Michelle over the phone to help talk me through the perfect arrangement. Chase City Flower Shop did a beautiful job on a standing arrangement for my loved ones funeral service! I also appreciated the kindness of the individual that took my order over the phone. She offered warm, sincere condolences and assured me that they would make something beautiful- and they most definitely did!
