Our central air quit working on 6/21. By 11:00 a.m on 6/23 a technician was at our house. We chose 1st available rather than setting a specified appointment date. We were expecting days to get service and a huge bill, maybe even having to replace our entire unit. Our technician diagnosed the problem, a $150 part. Within an hour we were up and running. I have to admit, I was skeptical about the repair because it took so long to notice any difference in our inside temperature. He explained, and so did the office hours later, that because of the high 90’s temperature and humidity, cooling would be slow. By bedtime the temperature was at our selected setting. W E Brown has been doing my HVAC service since 2006. I just today 6/10/2025 received my semiannual preventative maintenance visit. An outstanding visit. The representative was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable. I have been very pleased with W E Brown company. They are outstanding in every way.
