I've known Toby for 60 years and have always found him to be good at what he does. He actually sold my Dad a home in Avondale, RI back in 1996 and did a fine job working with everyone. I was in Charlottesville recently and Toby gave us a wonderful tour of historic and luxury homes in Farmington. Charlottesville is not overbuilt like Greenwich, CT, and is a more Southern, friendly town. Maybe someday when I'm 80 I'll reconsider one of those White Gables condos.
