I tried to make a reservation and as soon as i asked for an insurance, he hung up on me. Well, I gave a chance and visited the place.. He did not wore a mask!!! And I asked for acupuncture and he kept on doing a scam like consulting (without mask). I am not sure he is legit so I escaped half way through.

Stanley Chang is the BEST! The real deal!!! I just read Laura B and want to emphatically state that I can vouch that Chang would never scam anyone. Never. He may not understand you (Korean is his native tongue), but he is never dishonest. A negative review like that should be a last resort for someone intentionally trying to cheat you.
