Carrie was amazing! I explained all my concerns and she knew exactly what laser/setting to use. The laser was perfect for my dark brown complexion and she was lovely and we had a great conversation during my treatment. As a woman it’s embarrassing to have unwanted hair and now I can be secure. I didn’t feel any burning sensation especially with the cooling tip on the laser. It was amazing and the pricing was very affordable and I highly recommend Smooth Skin Laser. I have over a decade worth of experience with hair removal salons, and by far this is my favorite. The staff was so kind and pleasant. Go be hair free and fabulous!

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the Dr was great with questions and explaining the treatment plan and procedure. I am happy I selected the Charlottesville Smooth Skin office.
