I've been bringing my dress clothes for dry cleaning to Skyline Cleaners at Barracks Road for years now. I have only ever had a good experience here. The rates are fair, the clothes come out great, and they have never been late fulfilling my orders. Also the people I interact with there are always really nice and helpful. I really like their system where everything is linked to my phone number, even my preferences regarding how starched I want my shirts. I highly recommend bringing your dry cleaning to this establishment. PS. I saw another reviewer posted that dry cleaning chemicals can cause bipolar. I haven’t received a direct service from skyline cleaners, but after having a broken down vehicle in some rather extreme summer heat, their employees were more than welcoming and generous enough to offer us drinks, hospitality, even to watch tv in the back office area while we were waiting for a tow truck. She was the first person to ask us if we needed any help. I’ll definitely be sending my dry cleaning their way!

The customer service is fantastic! I've been sending my clothes to Skyline for almost 5 years now. They always get the toughest stains out of my most delicate clothing, bedding, jackets, etc. I'm even more excited about the second location that opened on Preston Ave (across from Bodos). This location is super convenient for UVA students and downtown residents. Definitely recommend!
