Their technicians, including Saleem, Julian, Terrence, Jacinto, Trevor, Harley, Andrew, Charles, Codie, and Temo, arrive on time and provide efficient, thorough, and reasonably priced service. They are friendly, concerned about doing their job well, and willing to go the extra mile, as shown when they handled a yellow jacket nest. The company's customer service is excellent, with staff members such as Norma, who provide updates and are polite on the phone. Rooter-Man offers helpful instructions and information to prevent future problems and delivers overall great service. Customers appreciate the knowledgeable and helpful staff, quick and clean work, and the detailed explanations that help them understand their septic systems better.
We love RooterMan here in Charlottesville. They come quickly, always professional in their work and most importantly EXPERT and COMPETENT in their work. We use them for plumbing and our septic tank. Love 'em.
Are you in the Charlottesville, VA Area? CALL THESE GUYS FIRST! We have a drain in our basement that has overflowed for years. It's finicky and the problem comes and goes depending on the activity. We recently decided to fix it once and for all- we had THREE Rooter companies come out and all three provided different 'solutions'. Rooter-Man was the ONLY company to spend the time to determine the problem, test their theories and work tirelessly until the pipe was cleared out. The other companies had me prepared to spend TEN THOUSAND dollars with them to trench a new line in our backyard. Shane from Rooter-Man was honest, professional, nice, hardworking and knowledgeable. SHANE WAS AWESOME. DO NOT CALL OTHER ROOTER COMPANIES. DO NOT GO ELSEWHERE. CALL THESE GUYS FIRST and save yourself the headache.
