We had a wax seal failure in one of our bathrooms, which caused a leak that went through the floor into the ceiling of the level below. It was quite a moldy mess! Rainbow came in and cleaned it up quickly and professionally, providing updates, photos and clarity the whole way. When the time came to do the complete repair, they were courteous and respectful of our property, and continued to give us clear updates on progress and expectations.
