I'm in the beginning stage of rehab from rotator cuff repair with ACAC - Pantops and so far everything is going well. The folks here know their profession well and really know how to apply it properly. I'm confident that my rehab will continue well and am looking forward to total reuse of my right arm.
I just finished my physical therapy with Susan Heald at the Pantops location. She guided me through an extensive recovery from a difficult rotator cuff repair, and I am thrilled at the progress I've made in the last months and what I am able to do now. Susan was wonderful! She always listened well to my questions and concerns, and was reassuring and informative as she taught me how to take care of myself and progress my recovery. Thank you, Susan!
Everyone is friendly. The facility is pleasant and easy to access.
My PT was very helpful. I felt like she understood my needs well and solutions and choices were shared in a way that I could understand them. I experienced improvement during my treatment period and am ending my session with tools to continue to improve.
