Great customer service from. The front desk staff, tech, seeing the door, to picking out my new glasses. They have a great selection of glasses for all ages. I would highly recommend. MyEyeDr to all family members needing eye care.
Smooth exam process. The doctor took the time to walk through the images and described them in great detail. The eyewear consult, Kori, was charismatic and super helpful selecting frames, which would normally have taken me forever on my own. She was able to answer all of my questions, anticipate my needs, and get me checked out quickly. I was worried I might miss a work meeting but was able to leave in time to call in.
This office has awesome customer service and Dr. Harpin is the BEST! He was able to provide an immediate solution to serious degenerative condition, create a treatment plan to address the underlying issue, and then followed up with me to ensure things were on track! He'll be my eye doctor for my (newly) forseeable future!
