We had a rat problem at our last rental apt. It was a 100 year old house broken into multiple units and our landlords, who were otherwise great, had hired ineffective guys to work on the rat problem for over a year. Then new owners/ landlords hired Intrastate and the rats were gone after just a couple weeks. The technician they sent out was happy to explain what they were planning to use and the risks to people and our pet cat. They used a natural product (vitamin D based i think) which we appreciated. We were very impressed with this service and their thoughtfulness compared to the previous service. Highly recommended!! We'll be contacting them for help with a new termite issue soon.
