Michelle took her time and gave me a nice hair cut after I took a bunch off. When we realized my hair is too curly at the length it was cut to (after it dried), she took off more the next day and made it work for no extra charge. Very nice and good service!

I get fades and I have Asian hair, so I’m picky and a bit nervous with new barbers after a bad cut in the past. I’ve had barbers before who did not get what a fade is. I saw Carla today at the end of a long Saturday and probably came in a little intense, but she was calm and professional. I showed her a few photos of my ideal result. She understood right away and nailed it. Clean fade, smooth blend, and the top shaped exactly like the pictures. We did not talk much during the cut, which I liked. I left relieved and happy. I will be coming back to Carla.

My hair cutter was Iris and she gave me the haircut I requested. She listens to your request and delivers. I have never been dissatisfied with this Great Clips. Only criticisms are the cost of a senior cut $20 ($15 would be better) and the chatter between the other hair cutters (should be with the customer like other places).
