They found a way to work me into the schedule quickly, as I needed to be seen but didn’t have much flexibility on when I could get there for an appointment. Warm, welcoming office reception. All my submitted paperwork was readied for my session. Doctor had already reviewed my prior hearing test, and prepared a pair of hearing aids for me to try, based on that test. She treated me kindly, with respect, listened well, and seemed to care. It feels like I have found an excellent practice and I trust that they will be helpful in addressing my hearing loss and tinnitus.
I had an appointment with Evalution Hearing three days ago. As usual, the lobby was a clean and neat place for my wife to wait while I was being seen. I was seen promptly and efficiently. I remain pleased and well satisfied with Evalution Hearing.
Professional, friendly environment. Dr. Morris was interested in learning about my issues and providing the appropriate testing. My test results were provided within a few days although the results were discussed during my appointment along with what options we can consider for my healthcare needs. Highly recommend them.
