Doing a great job at keeping mouse out of church. Have not seen any mouse since he has been treating the church for them. Keep up the good work. Also thanks for being so kind and gracious.

Dodson came to my rescue a week ago when I had yellow jackets (and not just a few!) in our daughter’s bedroom. Ray answered the phone in their office and, after hearing my concerned voice, said he would do what he could to get someone to my house that day. Sure enough, Ray himself called mid afternoon to see if he could stop by which I answered with an enthusiastic yes! Ray was thoughtful, kind, and professional when assessing the situation. He patiently looked for the nest, found their entryway and then treated the sites inside and outside. He then came back a few days later to follow -up that the nest was dead. After trying everything at Home Depot and 2 bad experiences with other pest companies, I nearly gave up. I was referred to call Dodson for my mice problem. I had tried other companies and it was always a long delay getting an appointment.

When you are dealing with an issue you want it addressed ASAP and that's what they helped me do. Ray Morris came out the very next day after my initial call and took the time to inspect my house inside and out, learn more about my issue and make the appropriate recommendation.
