I cannot recommend this business enough. The quality of work and patience while explaining everything to a non-techie is just superior. My laptop was broken intentionally and I was desperate to recover my data. He jumped right in to see if the hard drive was salvageable and kept me up-to-date as he took the steps to recover my data. Luckily, everything was in tact and was promptly put on a new (to me) laptop. Instead of being an opportunist and overcharging, he was gracious and thoughtful in the price. 10/10 Service, Quality, Advice, Professionalism, Knowledge, Prices, etc. Can't recommend enough, especially for UVA students, when Cavalier Computing likes to nickel and dime you at every turn.

fantastic service! i had a complicated issue with my computer but they were able to do same-day diagnostic and hold a copy of my hard drive for a month while another place (which had to fix it due to the warrenty) fixed it up. all my files are still safe, and their service is fast and very reasonably priced. highly recommend!
