I bought a 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4X from CMA, Charlottesville. Cherise was The sales associate that I dealt with. Her communication and quick responses via text and emails aided me in making a decision Before driving from Fredericksburg. After I made my decision and drove the truck home, I noticed that the Blindspot monitoring and some other sensors were not functioning incorrectly. I took the truck back for repair and had a very good experience with Martin, the used car manager. He allowed me to use a loaner While they troubleshoot my truck. The Communication from Martin was exceptional. I'm not sure who the technician was And repaired my truck, but they did a very good job and I received a truck and it was when I dropped it off. I appreciate everyone who assisted me and making this purchase. I will most certainly continue to do business with CMA. Thank you to the whole team!

CMA, and specifically JR Kennedy, are wonderful to deal with. We contacted JR to let him know what we were looking for. He found it and the deal was negotiated. When the timing didn't work out due to a planned trip out of town, JR had the vehicle delivered to us where we were. I would describe JR as professional, honest and accommodating. I couldn't be more pleased with my new Yukon!
