Dr. Carter was absolutely wonderful with my three year old daughter. Working with kids is clearly his calling! After reading some reviews about office staff being rude I was very surprised as my interaction with both staff members was absolutely wonderful!! I would highly recommend bringing your kid here for top notch care.
We travel from over 2 hours away to see Dr Carter. He is amazing with our toddler and is very good when explaining to us what he is looking at/ looking for. I’ve never had any issues with Dr Carter or his staff
My son has a referral from his pediatrician, I go to call the office, around 9:15AM, to make the appointment and the receptionist was very rude and sarcastic when answering my questions. This almost make me not even want to see this doctor and go somewhere else instead, but I have yet to see the doctor so I’ll hold out. Maybe find another job if you want to be rude to your boss’s clients before they even come in.
