I had a Hardie Plank siding issue with an apparent good install for some aspects but a questionable nailing patter for the planks themselves as the builder had failed to insure planks started and ended on studs. Advantage Home Contracting was recommended by the Hardie Plank company and from the word go, I was impressed by their sense of urgency to inspect, evaluate, and repair the siding. Communication was great and rates fair. And, when the crew came to complete the work, they were professional and thorough. Based upon my experience with this job, I will keep them at the top of my list for handyman service in the future.

My husband and I are very greatful to Sean, Jerry and Buck and lately to Remi. Jerry was in charge of the remodeling of my Screen porch now Sunroom. He was very thorough and detailed, leading the project. Sean the owner was on top of it, making sure our project came out successfully. The second review is for Remi who came inside the house to do a spectacular drywall repair. We are so blessed to have Advantage Home Contracting in Charlottesville, they are the best!!
