I wish this could go above 5 stars because Bill deserves way more than 5! He got to my home very quickly on a Saturday afternoon. He was so pleasant and barely batted an eye when I asked him to climb a ladder up to my deck in the blazing sun to try to pick a lock we weren’t even sure could be picked (and if not he’d have to climb his way back down). I don’t know a thing about locks but it sounds like this was not a straight forward fix and he was able to figure it out. I was in quite a pickle and not once did he make me feel like I was to blame or in any way an inconvenience. When locked myself out of my house during a rainstorm, Bill drove 25 minutes outside of town to help me get back in. Not only did he successfully get past a super-tricky, decades-old door lock and charge me a perfectly reasonable for his service, he was also wonderfully genial and a pleasure to talk to throughout. Highly recommend!

Bill clearly knows what he's doing. He arrived and had my door unlocked within 20 minutes of receiving my call, even though it was late on a Sunday night. He even cleaned all the dirt out of my lock and it's working better than ever. He charges a very fair price and is a true honest tradesman.
