Amazing service! I accidentally left my keys in my apartment. It was 1am on a Saturday and I'd left several voicemails with other locksmiths and called every single one on Google. Bill was the only one who responded. He showed up to meet me within 15 minutes and got me back into my place. So grateful that he was available so I wasn't left outside in the cold.I don't recommend locking yourself out of your home, but if you do, call Access.
Extremely grateful to Bill for coming to help me when I got locked out of my car! He came within 20 minutes and was able to unlock the car within a few minutes. He is professional, empathetic, and super friendly! Highly recommend!
Bill is the sweetest person ever. He drove and waited at a gas station near my apartment complex while I was at school seeing if I could find my keys. He is a certified locksmith! He unlocked my door in 15seconds. I’d definitely call him again if I ever get locked out.
