The poor review is only due to their cost per service. Waste Management has tripled the monthly service amount. The pick up is satisfactory.

Recently had a contracting job and disposed of our dump trailers at Charles City Landfill. I have been to a few dump sites and this is one of the most customer friendly and well run establishment's I have visited. The scale house lady was very nice and informative and the operators on the dump site helped us get in and out without an issue. Great Job!
