I was nervous about boarding my pup, Tazor, as he has PTSD from his previous home. However, they took such great care of him. And he even made a friend and had a bath! I highly recommend A Stay In The Country pet lodge. Definitely will take my pups there if I need to board again.

Devil Dog Construction/Randy did an incredible job converting a loft in my house into a bedroom. It is hard to get a general contractor to respond to calls these days and Randy stuck out in this regard. From first contact through the work being finished, Randy was communicative, transparent, and responsive. I adjusted the work requirement a few times and each time Randy flexed and adjusted the quote accordingly. He was also able to start and finish the work in a very timely manner. The construction itself was exceptional and Randy and his team were attentive to every last detail. I would use Devil Dog again and recommend them without hesitation.
Took a 2 day training class ahead of a big dirt bike trip to Utah. Hadn't owned a dirt bike in 8 years or so and it was a great refresher. Roger is an awesome instructor showing us many tips and tricks. Had a great time!

Connie is not only an amazing instructor but a knowledgeable horse woman. She is flexible in her scheduling and always takes the time to make her students feel respected. Her facility is outdoor so you get to enjoy Virginia in all 4 of her seasons. The arenas are kept tidy and sit beautifully in her picturesque property. Her boarders are always happy and the horses are taken care of with such pride. I rode with her for almost a year- in that time I improved my ground skills and jumping much further than I had riding for a year in a previous barn. She is still someone I personally trust about potential purchasing or evaluation of horses. Her riding program has amazing horses for all types of learners. She is the barn for anyone wanting to ride in the Richmond/Petersburg area.
