I happened to be in the area the other day and tried out this location. WOW, so much better than the One Loudoun location that I wish I lived closer. It's bright, spacious, and clean. Seems like way less broken equipment and newer equipment where you can actually read the labels on weights and such. The staff were very friendly and helpful too, and the locker rooms are a bit nicer. None of the broken shower doors and such like One Loudoun. My only complaints with this location would be that the sauna seemed like it was barely on, and they could use a tad more equipment. TFE has so much to offer for anyone who is on their weight loss journey! Whether you're there for a cardio day or wanting to get some mindfulness from a yoga class, TFE has it all! The staff is always around to help with whatever you may need, and the facility is spotless every time I go in! I workout harder in a place I am comfortable with and I am proud to call TFE my home gym!

I have been a member of the One Loudoun location since 2017. It has a very open feel and it has Never been over crowded or too busy (am hours). Good variety for the casual user or more intense gym person. The members have a wide age range and I have never encountered and arrogant behavior.
