I dropped my gaming laptop off with them to see if they could repair water damage and although my laptop had been damaged for months and was in really bad shape they were able to make it good as new!! I can’t believe it:)GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!They we’re keeping me in the loop throughout the entire repair with photos, text and phone calls!Pricing was more than fair and I highly recommend!!Thanks TekRenu!!!

These guys are unbelievable and extremely kind people with great values that will help you in any way they can to ensure that what you need to be repaired can and will be repaired. I came in with a nonstandard device, a golf shot tracker, that needed a little micro soldering that nobody else in northern VA would touch. Every company I spoke with before contacting TekRenu told me that they would not work on my device without even looking at it. TekRenu not only took on the repair of a broken micro USB charging port and Lithium Poly battery replacement, but they also made some additional repairs that they felt could use some refreshing. Bought a battery for my Alienware laptop and thought I could change it myself till I watched a youtube video. Way too complicated for me. Took it to TekRenu. Excellent service (Judy is a delight), fair pricing and they even cleaned the cat hair out of it. I will definitely use their service again when needed and I highly recommend them.
