I highly recommend Jerry Trujillo Marquez at Servpro. He’s been my house twice now for water damages from a very frustrating leak. He’s very professional, patient, polite and explains things to me. Despite me being particular and not exactly the easiest customer, it’s no match for Jerry. He’s calm, knowledgeable, kind and again very patient. I also appreciate Jerry’s punctuality and his efforts to be as tidy as possible. I can tell Jerry has a lot of experience with dealing with different types of customers and providing good service to them. I can see it matters to him as a person.
