Our 6 and 8 year old boys had an absolute blast at their camp for beginners and have been putting on nonstop “concerts” ever since. They came home full of excitement, confidence, and enough rock-star energy to power the neighborhood.

A huge shoutout to India and Marshall, who deserve some kind of superhero award. They are incredibly patient, encouraging, and somehow manage to keep a room full of energetic kids engaged while making each one feel like the next big rock legend. Their passion for teaching is contagious, and it’s clear they genuinely care about every kid who walks through the door.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with School of Rock over the past couple of years. My son started at the Haymarket location and recently transitioned to the newly opened Chantilly school, where he was one of the senior students.

The growth we’ve seen in his musical skills and confidence has been incredible, especially compared to where he first began. I really appreciate the School of Rock format — the combination of one-on-one instruction and full band practice gives kids a unique opportunity to not only learn their instrument, but also how to perform and collaborate as part of a band.
