Ned Stevens did a good job cleaning my gutters. POSITIVES: 1. crew showed up within the timeframe agreed 2. Very efficient - cleaned 2-story house gutters within an hour (crew pulled out larger pieces and used something like a power washer to blast out the rest (glad I didnt install gutter guard) 3. Crew used safety harness on the roof 4. Accessed roof from one point - so no visible damage to extensive plantings. 6. Left area around house without debris except parking apron (see below) NEGATIVES: 1. Did not notify me they were arriving within timeframe agreed 2. ALWAYS VERY professional and courteous service. I have used them for 18 months for Gutter Cleaning and Mosquito and Tick treatment. They do a great job of cleaning the gutters on the front of the house as well as those on the back porch. They also clean the porch and shed roofs until they are spotless and sparkling. On their first visit, both roofs were thickly and completely covered with red cedar fronds from the overhanging tree, so removing all the plant material took about 20 minutes, but they didn't charge me any extra.
