Mary did a stellar job bringing our mother’s 50 year old Vienna home to market with an excellent ROI. She helped us identify resources to empty, renovate and stage the home in record time. Going to market just a few weeks into the pandemic shutdown was concerning. Mary did a wonderful job marketing the property. I have dealt with many real estate agents over the years, but Penny Chrissomallis was absolutely the VERY BEST!! She is the consummate professional with years of experience selling homes in Maryland. When I was ready to list a property for sale in Maryland, I contacted several agents to preview the recently remodeled property and give me a competitive market analysis (CMA) and marketing plan to sell the house.
