From my wife’s initial showroom visit, to the in-home appointment with the project manager, thru purchasing, scheduling, and installation everything with K&K Floor’s replacement of our home’s upstairs carpeting was efficient, professional, and customer-focused. Project manager James So was particularly knowledgeable and helpful, prompt in replying to calls, emails, and texts, and flexible in accommodating our schedules. Installers Jose and Martin were very hardworking and respectful. Showed up on time and stayed late to ensure everything was just right. A great experience for us from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is in need of new hardwood floors. The service was excellent, very knowledgeable of his skills. Very polite and friendly I’m very grateful for my new beautiful floors.

We have had several absolutely outstanding experiences with K&K flooring, including a hardwood floor installation this week. James So is great to work with: professional, helpful, super-responsive, knowledgeable. And our installer, Areli, did an excellent job, despite having to deal with an unforeseen power outage in our area. The floor looked amazing, and he left the place immaculate. Highly recommend K&K Floors!
