Amazing service! John was the only service provider that picked up when we called around 9:00 PM. The whole tumbler fell out of the front door lock and John came by in a jiffy, popped out the old lock and installed a new tumbler set. The set even matched our keys, so we didn't need to get new ones made! On top of that, John was super personable and patient. He even helped get a bullfrog out of the house that snuck in! Also, very reasonably priced, especially for after hours service. Additionally, he knows his craft well.
