When I questioned Jim about not having directions to the National cemetery, he gaslighted me and lied and said he sent me directions, but he never did.
He never let me see my husband's body in person. He only gave me a picture. His attitude is narcissistic.
Disappointed within how he behaved.
Im posting a review on behalf of my family. My Father In Law tragically passed away unexpectedly. From start to finish, this facility was amazing. The staff that came to our home as well as the staff at the facility. Tom was especially amazing. He was patient, he was kind and he never made us feel like we were an inconvenience for asking questions and helping us with making our choices. This is an awful thing to go through, but this is the place you want to call when you go through it. The Sheil Family cannot thank them enough for their kindness.
Funeral Choices was so helpful and reassuring when we called. They came for our loved one within and hour and then Jim met with me and was understanding and efficient, making arrangements and getting Death Certificates in record time. I would give them 10 Stars if I could.
