Found my new auto mechanic. After a national chain store screwed up a wheel alignment, I brought my car to Craftsman to try and diagnose and fix. I arrived late and felt terrible- the front desk and mechanics could not have been nicer… they walked through all the potential causes and ultimately found the solution. Great communication, honest and helpful- hard to find these days. Will be back.

For someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I have come to rely on Craftsman at Chantilly. They’re honest and will not fix or charge you just because it’ll make them money. They’ll only do it if it makes sense based on their expertise. Today they helped me fix a minor thing and it took just a couple of minutes of their time and no charge. Thank you!
