5 stars! They did a great job for me. Next day service was arranged by phone. the technician was on time, polite, friendly, explained options and answered my many questions and he was quick in changing my keys. What else can one ask for? I would definitely use again / recommend
Locked myself out of my car this morning: they got someone to my house and had the car door open within 25 minutes!
It took AAA twice as long just to get me connected with a dispatcher; who knows how long it would have been for them to get to my house and unlock the car.
My lock broke when I put in my key today. I called my neighbor who had something similar happen a few years ago. They used Baldino's Locksmith. I called them. The locksmith came in under an hour. This was not a standard fix. The hardened steel prevented the simple fix for normal drilling. The locksmith got advice from the home office. Plenty of drilling and took an hour with perseverance and was able to replace the lock.
Clear and upfront pricing that was reasonable.
Installed a new lock that works much better then the old one.
Skilled locksmith that goes the extra mile.
