I had a great experience here today (1/19). I scheduled a 10:00 AM appointment for my mother, arrived early, and we were out the door by 10:07 AM - with two frames already selected. My mother has a moderate prescription and recently underwent double cataract surgery in September 2025. We were very pleased with the short wait time, efficient service, and the transparent pricing. There was no upsell; it truly was $95 for two pairs. Thanks!
I had a fantastic experience at this store. The whole staff was AMAZING and incredibly helpful. They all had great customer service and personalities! They taught me how to put in and take out my contacts and coached me along every step of the way. Their support made the process easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs an eye exam, eyeglasses, or contact lenses.
This is the friendliest and easiest America’s best I have ever been to! The lady at the front desk was so pleasant and kind, the general manager was efficient and friendly. The doctor was also so calm and kind. Everyone seemed happy to be there and I have never been in and out so quickly while getting great customer service. I even got a trial pair of contact lenses after I told them how much I hated wearing glasses and ran out of contacts. Highly recommend and will make the extra 10 min drive to come to this location specifically instead of the one closer to home!!
