I called AHC to get my gutters cleaned. The customer service was responsive, professional and polite. The technician that arrived at the home, Hugo, was prompt, professional and extremely thorough. Hugo cleaned and inspected my gutters for caulking and alignment, inspected my roof for damage/wear and then provided before/after pictures of my gutters as well as of the roof. Hugo explained what he saw and what repairs he would recommend in the future. I was very impressed with both AHC and Hugo and would highly recommend them both. I will look to AHC (and Hugo) for future services.
Mr. Eglin provided outstanding service, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and courtesy throughout. He arrived on time and was respectful of our home, even removing his shoes upon entry. He carefully explained each discrepancy and completed the necessary repairs efficiently and effectively. Additionally, he took the time to point out other issues he discovered, supporting his findings with clear photos. Overall, Mr. Eglin was thorough, trustworthy, and highly professional. Thank you for a job well done!
The experience with AHC was great from start to finish, the project went smoothly and was finished on time. The crew did an amazing job cleaning post roof work.
Some issues we had were
1. members of the crew accessed our back patio without informing us,
2. members of the crew did not speak English at all, so it was very hard to communicate,
3. while cleaning they entered neighbors property without informing them
