Great atmosphere & facilities for the price! The water area was my favorite. Its Very clean and comfortable. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of accommodations in the food area. I am a vegetarian, and there wasn't a dish aside from salad that didn't include bone broth or meat. When I saw there was tofu soup with bone broth, I asked, since they have tofu, if I could have tofu on yakisoba noodles instead of the meat options, and I was told no. There also wasn't an option for dairy-free milk at the smoothie/tea/coffee bar. Spa World has been one of my favorite places for over a decade. However, I took my best friend there yesterday (for the first time) and her dietary restrictions were not able to be accommodated?! Spa World used to be the best kept secret yet considering the demographic has changed I would hope their menu could offer some flexibility as well.

Is it completely up to date? No. Is it a great service for a great price? Yes! The Groupon is a great deal for general admission. This comes with access to gender separated pools and 2 wet saunas. There is a bade pool with 4 different jet areas, 3 hot tubs, 1 cold plunge, and 1 sunflower (overhead, cold) shower. There is also a seated and standing area for showers with shampoo provided. Body scrubs are done in this main area, so be aware if you are more self-conscious. The dry saunas are co-ed and in the same area as a general quiet room with mats for relaxation and the restaurant. It’s not perfect, but it’s pretty great!
