I had Mery deep clean my townhouse in November and again this past weekend, and both experiences were excellent. She was responsive, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the process. We had an initial phone call to discuss the type of cleaning I wanted, and she was able to schedule an appointment with a quick turnaround time.
Both times, I came home to a spotless house. Everything was cleaned thoroughly, and Mary told me I should reach out if there were any issues or concerns. She even took the time to replace a light bulb for me.
