I had a wonderful experience at Life Time. Ali was incredibly helpful and made the whole sign-up process easy and stress-free. He helped me sign up my entire family and took the time to explain everything clearly.
The facility is clean, spacious, and full of great amenities, making it a perfect place for families. Excellent customer service and a great first impression!

Where do I begin, by far as always the best location in the East Coast (Ive been to MD, other VA locations, NY locations) because of the staffs professional greetings and welcome etc. same energy whenever I go in and out to freshen up or quick workout w/ DPT etc. Highly, recommend thjs location to visit or home location etc. Thank you!

I don’t often write reviews. I genuinely want Life Time to improve. This place has so much potential it doesn’t live up to because of operations. I’m writing this post from the pool area where there hasn’t been an employee spotting by me in 25 minutes. This is relevant not only due to the obvious safety reasons, but also because there is no staff to enforce decent behavior. Even if staff were present and observed to have witnessed any of the annoying things I regularly experience, I seriously doubt any action would be taken, whether due to fear of confrontation or mandate.
