My personal experience has been amazing, especially with my trainer Komal, who truly brought my confidence back to life. She helped me finally look in the mirror and say, “I’m perfect and beautiful.” I could never repay her for that.
She never made me feel like one slip-up, like having ice cream, wasn’t the end of the world. Instead, she gave me great advice and healthier alternatives to replace unhealthy foods that actually taste amazing. Because of her support and encouragement, I get genuinely excited to go to the gym for my training sessions — like a little girl on Christmas morning.
I highly recommend Caleb Caiazza as personal trainer. He is great one! He knows my weakness and help me work through. He is friendly, patience and has a lot oof knowledge. Thank you Caleb! You're the best trainer.
Also Life Fitness is clean with a lot of exercise equipment. Steam room, sauna and pool are so nice!!!

The real game-changer, though, has been Julie Brodie! She has truly elevated my Pickleball game in ways I didn’t think were possible.
