“I have had my third routine house cleaning since this review -- So far SOOOO good! I am so happy I made the decision to stop cleaning my own house. I wfh and honestly the last thing I want to do is clean the house after emails and calls all day but being home all-day means the mess piles up! Well, Regal came to my rescue. Everything has been a breeze so far and I have absolutely no complaints. From communication to flexibility of schedule...and yes, they did a BOMB job cleaning my 3-story townhouse that is inhabited by two people and two dogs. LOTS OF HAIR. LOTS OF PAWPRINTS and those are all gone once regal comes through :) My favorite part is the toilet paper origami they leave. Listen, do not look at anymore companies if you're on a search. I was you and now you should just be me, pick up the phone and call Rebecca NOW! PRICING is reasonable AF too!! Also, I read some of these negative reviews and I'm not too sure why those folks had issues, but the owners will ask you what your needs are SPECIFICALLY, so be thorough. I was pretty thorough and threw a lot in for my first deep clean and now it's pretty much set the stage for awesome cleanings moving forward. Simple as that.“

“Used Zerorez today for a two room carpet cleaning job on white carpet in my condominium in a high rise bldg. Jared arrived on time but had to use a portable machine instead of the cleaning device directly from his van. The guy was great and the overall job went well with many unsightly stains removed. Other stains, however, proved tougher, even with a chemical spot treatment. So set your expectations accordingly as the price is reasonable but not all stains will be removed.“

Fell on some steps while looking at a house for rent and broke BOTH leg bones close to his ankleI drove up from my home in NC to VA to help out and somehow together we found a different house to rent, moved him in, got him to surgery and back to his house with some medical equipment (wheelchair, shower transfer seat, etc.).THANK YOU, Monument Homecare!!!At that point, we needed PROFESSIONAL help — my brother was going to start teaching at GMU in a week and I needed to get back to NC.We talked with a large company and they seemed okay, but next we called Monument and met Simo. We were immediately impressed by why and how Monument was established and the services they could provide, by Simo’s experience, qualifications, professionalism and personal interest in my brother’s well-being (even though my brother’s situation was unique). Monument was hired on the spot and with Simo’s care and help, my brother was able to start his new position at GMU and I was able to return to NC knowing my brother had the best of support services.Our relationship with Monument continued … my brother ended up with two surgical infections and again, Simo was able to help him through that ordeal as well as settling into a new city because Monument is local and flexible — not just another huge corporate “care” company! “I called APS 4 years ago when I broke my leg. I had never used a cleaning company before and they did such an amazing job I kept them for 4 years. Patty always contacted me the day before to make sure I was ok with them coming over and was always accommodating when I needed to change the date of service. On several occasions the house was worse than usual because of gatherings, I was super busy at work or not feeling well. Any time I felt that something wasn’t cleaned to standard she always fixed the problem as soon as was possible.We recently had to move and hired her for the clean out move.
