I paid $203 for my small 600sqft apartment so I’m expecting it to be spotless.. Overall, they did an okay job. I’m very disappointed my kitchen counters weren’t touched, crumbs left in the microwave, and some cabinet/ drawers still dusty. I ran my finger across every surface to check and was genuinely heartbroken since I would’ve liked to do business with them again one day. I’m left feeling robbed so definitely should’ve taken care of it myself.
Positives: Easy setting up an appointment and the cleaners arrived promptly.

The cleaning crew was prompt and did an overall decent job but I was a bit upset they didn’t clean all the cobwebs in all the corners in the house though the list of touch points specifically included cleaning cobwebs. They also completely forgot to vacuum a throw rug in the living room. Finding braces rubber bands and other debris still in the rug means they just bypassed it. They also quoted 3hrs but needed four. I understand estimates but if you’re going to require more time and money then finish the job completely. Also the cleaning crew seemed like they had a little attitude.
