I have been coming here for years. Every time I have had a great experience. About a month ago, I called ahead for gel x removal. I came in and Ryan had started on my nails. He tried ripping them off with an acrylic tip which I told him I was not comfortable with and he was visibly bothered but soaked my nails. He then started to drill off the product but eventually gave me hot spots and even left my right middle finger nail very thin to the point where it hurt to the touch. Jeana came to the rescue and educated me on what she thought was best for me. I have been coming to CoCo for 2 years, and finally decided that they deserve a shout out. They are always attentive, and on time which is rare in a good nail salon. Thank you CoCo, and sorry it took this long but I have finally gotten around.
I booked a gel manicure and a spa pedicure, and both services exceeded my expectations. My nail technician was meticulous, gentle, and clearly skilled. She took the time to make sure the shape, polish, and finish were exactly what I wanted. I walked out with beautiful nails and a big smile. I will absolutely be returning and recommending this salon to friends and family!
