This was my first time to visit Centreville Urgent Care since they've moved into their new location. The new office is spacious and the waiting area much roomier than the old location. I didn't have to wait long. I was disappointed to be told that Dr. A. has curtailed his hours, and I was seen by a Nurse Practitioner. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They always call you the second day after your visit to follow-up and check to see how you're doing, which is unheard of these days, when it takes months to get an appointment with any type of doctor/procedure. Many thanks to the staff for always making a welcoming visit when I am not feeling well.
It was my first time going to this location, the staff and receptionist were very friendly. Unfortunately, Dr. Heron, M.D. was rude. It looked like she did not want to be there at all, puffing and rolling her eyes constantly. The few times that we talked she was rude, rolled her eyes, and dismissed my questions. For example, I asked if I could have a tissue to clean some of the ointment that she put me and she asked me why. I explained that I would like to clean up the residue, she starred at me, and rolled her eyes. I got the antibiotics I needed but next time ill ask for another doctor.
I had a nasty fall and needed three wounds wrapped. Nadege Ateh, MD was my physician and I had seen her in the past. She is wonderful. Pleasant and very competent. I recommend this facility.
