Carrillo Improvements were not only efficient, timely, and responsive, but the quality exceeded all expectations. They worked nonstop the first day (not even a break!) and finished ahead of schedule the following day. During a recent home improvement project to install hardwood flooring, I removed the laminate flooring that was already in place. Upon removal, I noticed that the stairs were not only badly damaged (from a previous owner's work), but were failing in multiple areas when accessed underneath. This was no longer a home improvement project, but now became a safety issue. I contacted Jonathan on a Tuesday afternoon letting him know that we had a staircase that was in need of repair.
