Booked a massage and facial online, read reviews on yelp (last one was 19 days ago), got an email to confirm my appointment, got there, waited for 15 minutes, called and no answer. Someone walked up to me saying they closed their spa. Definitely a waste of my time.

If this spa no longer offers massages, maybe the description shoildn't say that it offers massages. Just a thought.

I have been waiting 3 weeks now for a response with a solution to the problem and still have not got it yet my previous review was done on Saturday morning after not hearing back from them for over 2 weeks then on Saturday less than 2 hours after I left a review I just happened to get a call back and was told they would call back in about 2 hours and if not then they will call back on Monday which was 2 days ago and still no call back I think at this point I need to change to a better sleep center If anyone is considering this office save yourself the headache and look elsewhere Terry Streightiff
