Susie answered the phone and she was willing to help me figure out how to resolve my pool issue without the need to purchase anything from her store. SHE'S WONDERFUL! Hands down the best place to do any pool needs. Suzie tried to help us save money by repairing the pool instead of jumping in and having us a buy a new pool. We ended up having more rust then expected so we purchased a new pool from Richlands Pools & Spas. They give us a great deal and the customer service was even better. We highly recommend using them for any pool needs!

Susie and the other lady that works there is amazing. She is not out to burn a hole in your pocket. She takes pride and care in her business. She gets you what you need and when you need it. They also keep record of purchases so if you have to go back and get more She can pull your file. Also has step by step directions for when using chemicals! Couldn't ask for a Better person to shop from
