my ac unit stopped working. I called the next day to schedule an appointment. Due to high volume I was informed it would be 5 days before they could make it out. I choked up, its peek summer and my house is 87° and I have a young child who is roasting. (plus my pet babies). Anneesa (the receptionist) was very apologetic but scheduled my appointment. I then left to go to lowes to get fans. I didn't even make it half way there before I recieved a call and randy the technician was at my house. ac is fixed! that's the fastest service. I'm so grateful for Ms neesy who understood my plight and helped. I really don't have the correct words to express my emotions. having a young child who can't sleep due to heat and the fear of overheating my animals too! great service all around! I can't recommend this company enough! thank you so much!

I had a great experience. They sent a tech out in a timely manner. The technician was knowledgeable and pin pointed the problem. He had our heat pump up and running within no time. He also took the time to clean up around his work space before he left.
