Extremely frustrated with our experience today. After a night of my toddler being in respiratory distress, we were left waiting in an exam room for over 30 minutes despite the waiting room being nearly empty. To top it off, I felt completely dismissed by the provider when I explained her symptoms. It felt like my input as a parent meant nothing. While we got the medicine she needed, the lack of efficiency and bedside manner was unacceptable. Front desk people are amazing though.

12/30/25 - I want to give more stars because the receptionist up front was perfect. But the NP, Wendy Turk made the experience too fast and felt like my sickness wasn’t taken seriously. She came in asking if my symptoms were coughing and I said no, they were sore throat, congestion, headache, light headed, and nausea. I also let her know I went to work and I wasn’t feeling well especially with the lightheaded that I went home. She told me my Flu and Sore Throat test were negative. She then checked my ears and said I had liquid in my right ear. She also checked my breathing. Said what I had was post nasal drip and prescribed medications to pick up at my pharmacy. Great experience today for an allergic reaction. Prompt, courteous and responsive. Justin the NP is wonderful. I’m glad I wasn’t deterred by the bad reviews as the clinic was less than 15 min from the marina at Smithfield Station.
