Super nice. Contacted Heath Electric on a Friday. They were given my service through my Home Warranty company. I was told I would be the first ones Monday morning. Al called me and said they were on their way. I live in Virginia Beach and they are on the Eastern Shore. They figured out my circuit breaker to my hot water heater was bad and replaced it. They were professional and friendly. Recommend them whole heartedly.

Klaus worked overtime to solve a problem that numerous other companies could not fix. He troubleshooted until he found two issues and ordered new parts that day. Thank you for being willing to go the extra mile to get our hot water running again!

I recently used Heath Electric Co. via my contract with American Home Shield. They were professional in the installation and took the time to explain what to expect. In addition, they also took the initiative in communicating with AHS several times so I could have hot water. No doubt- I would use this company again and also recommend them!
